MEET OUR SPA RETREAT TEAM BY CLICKING BELOW

YOUR ARRIVAL

On arrival, you will be greeted by our team, who will have welcome drinks to the ready for you.

Once all of our guests have arrived, freshened up and enjoyed their welcome drinks, we will then show you around the beautiful mansion/estate and Its grounds.

We will then meet back in the main lounge so we can talk you through the next few days of your retreat including health and safety.

You will then be shown to your room.

Once you are comfortably settled, we will all meet back in the lounge where we will then take you to your first group massage session. This will be a light and relaxing bit of fun.

This session will last for around 1 and half hours and afterwards, we will break for the afternoon and have some refreshments which will also include some buffet style bites and snacks for you to enjoy.

Alcohol beverages will be available for those of you who wish to drink. There will be a selection of red and white wines to choose from, as well as Prosecco, light beers, and other lagers.

We will also have a wide range of soft drinks as well as tea and coffee available for you to help yourself to,

You will have a few hours where you will be free to go and explore the mansion and use the facilities.

During your stay, you have unlimited access to the hot tub.

As the property is ours during our stay, it is also completely private in and around the grounds, so you can feel free to roam outside in the grounds, go and sit off somewhere and relax. We just ask you to stay within the grounds itself.

Our next gathering will ibe in the evening for our dinner service, cooked by our own private chef.

You will have already chosen your 3-course meal and accompanying drink, so everything will be prepared and served for you.

Dress code wise, we would prefer it if you could wear casual clothes for the evening meal.

Once we have finished our evening meal, you are free to go and sit off in the lounge areas or outside under the moon and stars, you could even go and change back into your comfiest nightwear for our evening of relaxation.

DAY 2

From 7.30am in the morning, we will have aqua aerobics happening, or some light yoga meditation depending on the day which are designed for all fitness levels, so we know you will be able to join in if you wanted to.

The morning sessions will tend to last for around 30 minutes, so afterwards, you can go grab a shower, a hot tub or just go straight for breakfast.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast will be ready and available from 6,30am - 10am

There will be an array of delicious and nutritious foods, such as: high fibre cereals, fruit smoothies, whole wheat products, granary bread, fresh fruits, including berries, grapefruits, and bananas.

Fresh boiled eggs will also be available giving you your protein, and important vitamins and minerals like selenium and riboflavin, to help kick start your body.

Fresh meats and some cooked meats such as freshly sourced bacon and healthy sausages will also be available.

After breakfast, you will have time to just relax and get yourself ready for our first session of the day.

GROUP MASSAGE

Our optional group NURU massage session will start around 11am and last for a couple of hours.

The session will be held outside if the weather is on our side.

You and another guest/or partner will work together for this session and we will demonstrate for you some of our specialised techniques for you to practice. This will be a bit of light and relaxing fun for all.

NURU massage is a Japanese erotic massage technique from Kawasaki, Japan. The word NURU originates from the Japanese language and means "slippery/smooth". During the massage, participants will try to get the widest possible physical contact, triggering strong tactile sensations designed to relieve stress.

During our session, we will only be using certain NURU techniques that we will demonstrate for you.

The idea of this session is to help you understand NURU massage in more detail, on how body to body contact, where our bodies intertwine, allows us to go deeper, giving slower movements of massage,

LUNCH

Lunch with then be ready for everyone at 12.30pm

A buffet style selection of nutritious, healthy foods including a huge selection of salads, fresh meats, salmon, wholegrain vegetable rice, granary and brown breads, cheeses, healthy crackers, dips like hummus, onion, and garlic as well as nuts, seeds, and berries to keep your protein levels at their peak.

Lunch will last for 2 and a half hours

You can really relax and let your lunch settle, make use of the hot tub during this time or pool, or simply relax indoors or outside if the sun is shining.

You may want to go and sit off near the pool, but whatever you choose to do, our team will be around ensuring you are comfortable.

IN THE AFTERNOON

There will be yoga sessions and 1-2-1 massage treatments available in the afternoon which you will have already pre-booked onto.

This Yoga session will focus on the back and as well as heart opening practices.

Throughout this practice, our focus will be on opening the posterior chain and back, with heart opening poses.

This practice is suitable for all and will help to relieve tension away from the spine, the lower back, the upper back and brings focus on to our bodies and minds.

You will start with a gentle Yin practice, followed by Yang in the middle and ending with Yin to include a strong focus on our breathing throughout this session.

Your therapist will take you to the treatment area for your 1-2-1 massage.

Any remaining guests not booked can simply go off and enjoy the facilities available.

EARLY EVENING

There will be a half hour meditation session taking place which you will have pre-booked onto or you can simply book in on the day.

After our meditation session it will be time to go off and relax before dinner.

Your final morning of your retreat, we will have your breakfast ready from 6.30am until 10am.

After you have finished your breakfast, you will have time to make use of the Mansions facilities before you get ready to leave us.

You can then head back to pack and we will be sad to see our retreat come to an end, but we will send you off around 12/1pm with our retreat ‘goody bag’,
